Shipping & Returns

When packing our orders we use the majority of our bubble wrap & packing material from our supplier orders. We almost always use biodegradable packing peanuts with every order which can be dissolved within water & is environmentally friendly.

We know here at Mint & Ink not everything is perfect (but we do try) so if you find yourself needing to return an item please contact mintandink@hotmail.com and we can assist you.  

We’ll be able to issue your refund once we receive your item in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.

Please note, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for returns postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we can only refund you once we receive your item & please take care to wrap fragile items carefully, as we can't process returns for items that are damaged on their return to us.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or returns on sale items or for any purchases older than 14 days.

Free Click & Collect

We offer free Click & Collect for local orders. Simply get in contact with Laura at mintandink@hotmail.com.

Please allow an initial 5-6 working days for us to dispatch your order although we aim to dispatch as soon as possible.
